Do you see yourself as someone who finds it natural to identify candidate profiles who fit the company both technical and cultural? • Well then, you sound like our next Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist! • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and hire high-performing talents at all levels for IT Labs. You will work closely with many of the company`s departments like HR, Marketing, Sales, Technology, Prospecting, and high Management. Besides, you will have the support from a distributed team of 5 recruiters to craft the talent strategy that meets the needs of our growing business! • In this role, you will be owning the full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. The world will be your limit, you will internationally cover locations like Europe, the US, South America, and more! • You must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition in the IT industry, • Proven track record of successfully recruiting on local (Macedonia, Serbia) and an international scale (Europe, US and LATAM), • Experience collaborating with external technical partners and internal stakeholders to drive recruitment strategies, • Proficiency in ATS tools such as Workable (or similar) and experience with technical and personality testing tools like Hackerrank and Criteria Corp, • Demonstrating an innovative mindset with a passion for keeping up with new trends and technologies in talent acquisition, and a track record of implementing them effectively, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes, • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment, • Highly fluent both in written and spoken English.
