Description

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies aimed at achieving player acquisition and revenue targets. • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, fostering strong relationships to optimize performance. • Analyze affiliate performance and continuously optimize campaigns to ensure a high return on investment (ROI). • Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements and commission structures, including RS, CPA, and hybrid models. • Stay informed of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth. • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to expand the affiliate network. • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product, to align affiliate strategies with company goals. • Manage affiliate budgets and targets, ensuring consistent progress toward objectives. • Provide regular reports on affiliate performance, key metrics, and emerging market trends.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry. • An established network within the iGaming affiliate community, particularly in the Curacao markets. • Experience using affiliate platforms such as myAffiliates, NetrRefer, or similar. • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with an ability to foster partnerships. • An analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions. • Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to attend industry events as needed.
