• Ensure effective legal services delivery to the Group. • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts. • Provide general legal advice to company managers and employees. • Collaborate with the General Counsel for effective legal services. • Proactively understand the business product lines for better service. • Implement strategy through timely legal services support. • Attend legal team meetings for work prioritization. • Assist in assessing and mitigating risks in contracts. • Keep the Legal team informed of developments and risks. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Ensure all commercial contracts are approved appropriately.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to compose original messages and develop routine communications using correct grammar. • Willingness to learn new areas of law and practice. • Proactively manage portfolios of work. • Ability to adapt to changes in policies and procedures. • Demonstrate commitment to team goals by participating in group activities and discussions. • Effective communication skills, promoting understanding with appropriate tone and clarity. • Customer-focused approach, ensuring needs of internal and external customers are met.
