📋 Description
• This is a remote position • The Copywriter works with the creative lead (head of the department) and also works closely with the cmm manager, designers. • Main tasks: Generate ideas for posts and stories, write texts and scripts for them; Interact with experts and teachers of the school to write posts, i.e., you need to be able to conduct interviews; Write for advertising, lendings, newsletters and SMM; Generate a flow of ideas, constantly improving materials; Work closely with the marketing and content team - listen, hear and don't be afraid to give feedback.
🎯 Requirements
• Middle+, Senior: Not only a strong copywriter who doesn't need to be double-checked, but also a great manager who will become a senior in the copywriting department • Understands the difference between creative and business creative • Sees converting and non-converting creatives a mile away • Writes text for promotion and recognition, not beauty • Understands how marketing works • Relies on numbers in his/her work • Understands the field of EdTech and ideally IT at the level to correctly describe products, as well as to make posts not by copy-paste from Google, but by a combination of in-depth research of specialized resources + own experience • Knowledge of English will be an advantage - reads and writes English well, has a great vocabulary in media and business English • Developed softly: communicative, proactive and flexible enough to work in a startup, yet decisive • Has a high work speed - both coming up with concepts and writing and making edits • Is able to communicate with experts, conduct interviews, gather information, analyze • Accepts feedback from supervisor and generally understands that revisions are a normal part of the job.
