• This is a remote position. • IT Career Hub is a certified EdTech center in Germany focused on professional retraining. • Responsibilities include searching for top IT professionals, organizing interviews, managing recruitment stages, and preparing reports.
🎯 Requirements
• Hold a residence permit (visa) and have a foreign bank account. • English proficiency at C1 or higher (must). • German (advantage, not required). • Confident in using LinkedIn tools. • At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in IT. • High emotional intelligence. • Know how to ask the right questions during interviews. • Deliver high-quality work without supervision or reminders.

• Fixed salary of 1,000 EUR per month plus bonuses for closed vacancies and candidates who pass probation period. • Total income ranges from 1,800 to 2,500 EUR per month. • Free education in center's programs such as Data Analytics or language classes. • Service Agreement contract. • Paid vacation and sick leave, plus one extra day off per quarter. • Fully remote work, Monday to Friday, with flexible start time.
