• iTech AG is seeking a strong ServiceNow Application Developer to support our federal customers. • Develop custom features and workflows to satisfy business needs. • Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards. • Work independently as well as collaboratively. • Build customized ServiceNow application. • Apply technical expertise to enhance team capabilities. • Lead the development team to architect and deploy solutions using ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer • Experience in implementing the ServiceNow Service Portal, and building custom applications, which include but are not limited to custom tables, catalog items, workflows, script includes, portal widgets, and business rules • ServiceNow Custom application development experience • Expertise with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Strong experience in producing quality client-facing deliverable content • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude • Experience with the Nuvolo IWMS
