Description

• iTech AG is a dynamic and growing firm delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. • Looking for a Junior ServiceNow Developer with experience in the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module. • Responsibilities include implementing and configuring ServiceNow SPM/ITBM, developing dashboards and reports, and collaborating with stakeholders. • Requires proficiency in JavaScript and experience with the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of SN SPM Module experience. • Minimum of 2+ years of SN Platform experience. • Strong understanding of project portfolio management. • Minimum of 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow development. • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, and other ServiceNow scripting languages, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. • Experience working in Agile development environments, including participation in sprints and scrum meetings. • Understanding of database concepts, including SQL and relational database management systems. • 2+ years of experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and users. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers.
