•iTech AG delivers innovative solutions and exceptional service. •Looking for experienced individual in ServiceNow SPM module. •Implement and configure the ServiceNow SPM/ITBM module. •Collaborate with program leads, managers, and PMO support staff. •Develop dashboards and reports to enhance visibility and tracking. •Ensure end-to-end visibility of all projects. •Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform. •Customize ServiceNow applications using various techniques. •Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using relevant technologies. •Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers. •Ensure adherence to platform governance processes. •Collaborate with stakeholders for scalable solutions. •Create and maintain technical documentation. •Implement SPM for IT Transformation Portfolio. •Support IT Operations and Maintenance Portfolio.

Requirements

•Strong understanding of project portfolio management. •Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development. •Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, and other ServiceNow scripting languages, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. •2-3 years of experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX. •2-3 years of experience working in Agile development environments, including participation in sprints and scrum meetings. •Understanding of database concepts, including SQL and relational database management systems, with 2-3 years of experience. •2-3 years of experience with designing and customizing the user interface in ServiceNow. •3-5 years of experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and users. •Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers.
