Description

• On behalf of our client, we are seeking a talented Product Lead to join their innovative team and play a pivotal role in transforming complex challenges into elegant, scalable design solutions. • The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong emphasis on UI and Design Systems. • This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation and evolution of digital products that have real market impact, attract users, and drive measurable business outcomes. • If you're passionate about delivering cohesive design solutions, thrive in collaborative environments, and are ready to make a meaningful contribution to a forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design / Design systems. • Experience required in creating and scaling digital products that have reached the market, attracted real users, and driven specific business outcomes. • Experience ranging from quick 5-minute refinements to multi-month comprehensive design system implementations. • Ability to create cohesive and scalable design solutions. • Diplomatic approach to team collaboration and design decision-making. • Proactive approach to design innovation and system development. • Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English (Extraordinary expertise may offset this requirement in some cases). • Focus on quality • Nice to have: • International experience. • A compelling portfolio highlighting transformative design approaches and product leadership expertise.
