Description

• Develop Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. • Product Roadmap Execution: Create and manage product roadmaps that address customer pain points and improve experience. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with diverse teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies. • Customer Insights and Feedback: Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation. • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to make informed product decisions. • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans. • Mentoring and Leadership: Mentor and lead product management team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in product management or related role, with a proven track record of launching successful products. • Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and technology trends. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • A solid understanding of software development processes and hands on experience working with Agile-driven engineering teams.
