📋 Description

• Itential is a global leader in automation and orchestration for NetDevOps teams. • Responsible for driving strategy, objectives, and roadmap of a product line. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovative solutions. • Perform market research and analyze customer feedback to prioritize features. • Engage with stakeholders to align on goals and manage timelines for product launches. • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer experiences. • Define and communicate product vision and strategy. • Create and manage product roadmaps based on customer needs. • Collect and analyze customer insights for product improvements. • Mentor and lead product management team members for innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years experience in product management, specifically in the areas of infrastructure, cloud computing, or related technologies. • Strong understanding of infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, databases, and networking. • Familiarity with cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Knowledge of network architecture, security protocols, and virtualized environments. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • A solid understanding of software development processes and hands on experience working with Agile-driven engineering teams. • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field. • Demonstrated success in managing lifecycle of infrastructure products from inception through rollout and beyond. • Understanding of compliance standards and regulations relevant to infrastructure management, Ability to integrate compliance requirements into the product lifecycle. • Ability to develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of infrastructure services. • Experience in network engineering, customer-facing SaaS products and infrastructure automation tools.
