•University or advanced degree in CS, Math, Physics, or similar engineering/science discipline or equivalent practical experience •Experience mentoring and managing AI development teams •Proven experience deploying machine learning systems into Production •Experience with machine learning algorithms and tools, artificial intelligence, deep learning, natural language processing, or other ML disciplines •Knowledge of data pipeline and workflow management tools •Expertise in standard software best practices, e.g. unit testing, test automation, continuous integration, code reviews, design documentation •Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills, with proven experience in innovating solutions for complex challenges •Excellent communication collaboration skills and are adept at conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
