• Iterate is the top-rated AI-powered customer engagement platform. • Work closely and cross-functionally with leaders across the company. • You will have ownership over a broad product portfolio and associated roadmap. • Deliver delightful and creative Channel experiences to our customers. • Drive our SMS, Social Messaging and Push notification roadmaps forward. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to prioritize impactful product features. • Report to the Group Product Manager, Channels.
Requirements
• Experience as a Product Manager focused on SMS messaging • Experience delivering products at a B2B SaaS company • Experience and understanding of the landscape for compliance in SMS • Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize high-impact features. • Excellent communication skills • Delivered intuitive UI experiences • Experience working with agile Engineering teams and tools like Jira • Experience with user testing and data analysis • Experience driving decisions based on business and technical data • Experience working in a shifting environment • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Customer Success, and internal SMEs
