Requirements
• Proven Experience – You have a track record of success as a Recruiter, ideally in a startup environment. • People Person – Not just another JD buzzword—hear us out. • Strong Communication Skills – Whether it’s verbal, written, or through presentations, your communication skills are top-notch. • Growth Mindset – You have a growth mindset, meaning you’re willing and able to learn whatever is needed to get the job done. • Familiarity with Tools – In addition to the usual suspects (Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.), we use LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby.
