ComAve will not only offer membership to a community, but also access to exclusive media, content, games and experiences, and the opportunity to take advantage of preferential offers from retailers and restaurants. • Job Description • We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join their dynamic team with experience working within the hospitality sector. • In this role, you will define and prioritise product features, manage the product backlog, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. • You will also be responsible for implementing Agile principles to facilitate iterative development processes. • Define and prioritise product features based on market research, customer feedback,and business objectives. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer requirements. • Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organised, up-to-date, and reflects current priorities. • Work with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritise backlog items. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure product alignment with business goals. • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are represented in the product development process. • Implement and advocate for agile principles within the product development team. • Facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement processes. • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform product decisions and strategy. • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and validate product ideas. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication and engagement. • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform decision-making. • Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance and development progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management. • Experience working in the hospitality sector. • Any experience in the Restaurant, Online Retail or POS industry (desirable) • Strong experience working within an Agile environment, with demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams and a Lean-Agile mindset. • Proven track record of defining and launching successful products. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong organisational and project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. • Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Mural etc. • Strong presentation and reporting skills. • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
