Description

• In this entry-level role, you’ll support our retail operations and ensure our retail partners succeed. • This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, focusing on administrative support, technical troubleshooting, and data management to keep operations running smoothly. • As a contractor, you are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; experience in retail, customer service, or administrative support is a plus. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and a willingness to learn new software systems (experience with Netsuite and EDI system is a plus). • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Interest in the beauty industry, especially skincare, and a desire to grow in a retail operations role. • Boots experience preferred.
