• IT Solutions is a Managed Service Provider specializing in proactive IT support • Managed Cloud/Network Services Offer Director responsible for the entire planning and execution • Analyze current Cloud/Network services offerings and create new service offerings • Build business plan and financial business case to support investments • Develop deep understanding of current customers and market landscape • Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product managers, and data science
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cloud/Network Owner or Product Manager • Demonstrated success defining and launching services offers • ITIL Foundation Certification • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) • Excellent teamwork skills • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Must be able to travel at least 25% of the time • Able to provide examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
