Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Marketing Team as a Senior Marketing Operations Manager. • In this role, you will play a key role in developing a growth strategy for the full lifecycle to execute a roadmap across various marketing channels, such as email campaigns, events, social media, and content marketing. • This position is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking engagement and retention campaigns that achieve marketing department's initiatives and company’s sales and ROI objectives.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrates high-level of professionalism even when under pressure • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills • Ability to be agile and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to self-manage and multi task effectively and accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items. • Demonstrates a passion for solving problems or helping others and take the initiative in driving continuous improvement/execution excellence • Maintains strong collaborative and diplomacy skillset that enables cross-functional execution. • Excellent follow-through skills and the ability to anticipate and address business needs proactively.
