• Drive and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across industries, with a focus on promoting ITtude's innovative recruiting and IT services. • Use creative and strategic approaches to source leads and identify new business opportunities. • Collaborate closely with ITtude's recruiters and IT experts to ensure a clear understanding of client needs and deliver the best solutions. • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting ITtude's services and unique company culture to potential clients. • Achieve and exceed commission-based sales targets while contributing to ITtude’s growth and presence in the market.
• A minimum of 3+ years in business development or sales, ideally in a technology industry. • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients at all levels. • Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • A strategic mindset and a creative approach to identifying new business opportunities.
