Description

• The Tech Lead is a senior engineer responsible for defining technical design approaches and implementation details. • Ensures business objectives are met, driving innovation and best practices. • Maintains high-quality technical standards and mentors the team. • Designs complex solutions and engages in automation design and implementation. • Owns the client's technical relationship and acts as a trusted leader.

Requirements

• Developer experience across the entire tech stack. • Expertise as a developer using React, Angular and/or Java/Spring and DB technologies (SQL, NoSQL). • Proficient with SPAs, microservices, and REST. • Experience working with different build systems such as Jenkins or Grunt. • Proficient in source control systems (Bitbucket, Git). • Familiarity with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and test automation. • Domain expertise and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • Promotes collaboration and partnership. • Possesses strong analytical skills. • Diagnoses and solves complex issues. • Makes sound business decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure. • Has working experience with the Agile/Scrum development process.
