Description

• Customer Support Specialist responsible for US market solutions via email and chat. • Guide and help users with queries and evaluate product updates to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or in a similar position; • Full professional proficiency in English; • Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase; • Exceptional soft skills, team spirit and eager to learn. • Previous experience in start-up, and scale-up working environments; • Experience with HTML/CSS; • Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix); • Experience with Google Tag Manager; • Proficiency in Dutch, German or Italian.
