Description
• Support the strategy, direction, implementation and ongoing support of global Distribution and VAR partner programs • Drive continuous improvement and alignment of partner consulting services and technical support programs • Work in collaboration with Partners, Field Channel Management and Marketing to support initiatives globally
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 10-15 years of channel sales, programs and operations experience • Channel sales experience to understand urgency of sales teams • Strong Channel Programs experience • Strong Channel Operations experience or similar sales operations experience/skills • Strong business acumen & Executive Presence • Experience with channel programs and tools • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively under pressure • Ability to collaborate effectively in a global team environment • Demonstrated negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal/customer relations skills • Strong sense of initiative and detail for channel operations and programs • Ability to assess complex situations and provide solutions for operational efficiency • Channel experience at a fast-paced company is a plus • Travel: as required
