β’ 3-5 years of experience in observability, monitoring, or DevOps-related roles. β’ Basic experience with monitoring tools such as Azure AppInsights, New Relic, Prometheus, and Grafana. β’ Understanding of OpenTelemetry, New Relic, AppInsights APM for telemetry data collection. β’ Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud environments. β’ Exposure to Kubernetes and container monitoring. β’ Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation. β’ Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and incident management concepts. β’ Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom and reside in Scotland. β’ Mid-Advanced Python Programming experience (preferred). β’ Familiarity with AIOps and predictive analytics for monitoring (preferred). β’ Basic knowledge of log aggregation pipelines and event-driven architectures (preferred). β’ Experience with Azure, AKS, Azure Application Insights (AppInsights) for telemetry and performance monitoring (preferred). β’ Certifications in observability tools or cloud platforms (Azure certifications) (preferred).
