Description

• Expected to be a subject matter expert in iVisa’s products • Provide answers to customer questions and assist in preparing travel documents • Support customers via Intercom (chat and email) and Aircall for phone support • Improve customer satisfaction with every conversation • Document updates in internal systems and communicate with other departments • Attend all scheduled meetings and become SME in one iVisa processing area and product

Requirements

• 1 or 2 years in bilingual customer service • Desire to grow in iVisa and learn to provide excellent service • Excellent communication skills and ability to generate empathy • Empowered and energetic to challenge the status quo • Open to new challenges and working in a constantly changing environment • Fundamental part of building the team and iVisa experience
