• Lead the effort to grow our business through new paid advertising channels. • Own day-to-day campaign management, manage budgets and deliver against quarterly targets. • Define the strategy and testing cadence for a broad range of brand-new paid acquisition campaigns. • Troubleshoot unsuccessful efforts and make well-reasoned decisions about when to persist or abandon. • Use strong business acumen to help prioritize business objectives. • Serve as an expert resource to other teams, helping build better ad creative and conversion funnels.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in digital marketing in fast-paced digital environments. • Demonstrated experience building paid media campaigns across a portfolio of product offerings. • Experience working in a conversion-oriented environment, e-commerce, lead generation or similar. • Some broad working exposure across multiple forms of media. • Strong customer empathy, with an ability to map media experiences against customer journeys. • Strong affinity for data and analytics, with the ability to decompose complex data sets. • A demonstrated willingness to experiment, fail fast, iterate, and succeed. • Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones. • A passion for travel and global cultures.
