Description

• The Market Research Associate will have a leading role in activities related to our automotive quality business. • As part of a local team of approximately 10 associates, collaborate with global team members and clients. • Oversee operational activities of market research programs, including sampling, data collection, and report delivery. • Lead the implementation and management of proprietary and syndicated programs. • Define and design questionnaires, sampling, QA and data processing specifications. • Develop reports, dashboards, and client presentations. • Perform quality assurance for all research processes. • Leverage technology to streamline data checking and processing tasks.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree • 5-7 years of professional experience in market research areas (data cleaning and processing, fieldwork operations, survey programming, producing reports/dashboards/presentations) • Automotive Industry knowledge is desirable • Experience with quantitative analysis, questionnaire design, analysis planning, data interpretation, and reporting • Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and customer service oriented • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to document processes • Experience coordinating work with vendors and offshore shared-services teams • Excel chart creation expertise, plus familiarity with Excel macros, formulas, and formatting • Analytical and writing skills • SPSS experience is not required, but preferred • Python experience is not required, but preferred • Fluent in English • Other languages preferred, not mandatory
