Description

• Being an experienced Sr. Salesforce Developer Tech Lead, you know the role by now • You must be able to provide technical expertise and code based experience, to enable the delivery of projects in time and on budget • You are expected to digest complex requirements, as well as design, estimate and deliver the required solutions, abiding by best practice methodologies for code format and deployment processes • The Tech Lead is also expected to contribute to the J4RVIS code repository, participate in defining J4RVIS development standards, coach developers on improving their code • You will be managing customers’ expectations, as well as guiding the delivery team along a successful project outcome are all part and parcel of the role.

Requirements

• Drive the development team against business outcomes • Keep the development team accountable and to lead them in achieving technical excellence • Perform code reviews to make sure the team is following the correct coding standard • Sharing knowledge and experience with other J4RVIS team members to ensure we all "learn together" by upskilling in current technologies • Working with our consulting teams and our clients to understand requirements and design robust solutions to meet long term objectives • Passing and maintaining Salesforce certifications associated with platform knowledge and architecture • Must be able to demonstrate technical best practice for deployment and branching strategies • Hold the following certifications: Admin, Platform App Builder/1/2, Javascript Developer 1 and System Architect.
