• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Procurement & Supply Chain Services sector. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Sales CRM Utilization: Utilize renowned/global Sales CRMs like Zoho, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and Zendesk effectively to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions. • Cold Calling and Account-Based Prospecting: Conduct cold calls and account-based prospecting activities to generate new leads and expand the client base. • Lead Nurturing and Opportunity Qualification: Implement strategies for lead nurturing and opportunity qualification to ensure a robust pipeline of potential clients. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies. • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Procurement & Supply Chain Services.
• Strong / potential leadership skills are required. • Bachelor’s degree • Two years experience in Supply Chain and Procurement • 3-4 years in inside sales • Related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proficiency in renowned/global Sales CRMs like Zoho, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and Zendesk
