Description

• Assist in monitoring and managing infrastructure-related tasks with a focus on coding solutions (Python, PowerShell) • Support infrastructure upgrades and migrations with a focus on Windows, VM, and AWS systems • Supplement Win/VM/AWS related operational tasks when needed, stepping in for other team members as required • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and system configurations • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures • Stay up to date with advancements in cloud and infrastructure technologies and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on Windows, VM, and AWS environments • Strong coding experience in Python and PowerShell • Proficiency in YAML for managing configurations • Familiarity with cloud and virtualized infrastructure (Windows/VM/AWS) • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues • Strong communication and collaboration skills
