• If you're passionate about automation and believe in the power of Email Marketing to shift the scales and support lead generation strategies, we are looking for you! • At Jalasoft, we are hiring a motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. • You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, nurturing prospects, and closely collaborating with the sales team to achieve both online and offline conversions. • All our tasks are conducted in English, requiring advanced written communication skills and intermediate oral skills.

Requirements

• Advanced written English and intermediate oral English. • Proficiency in HubSpot as an email marketing tool (HubSpot certifications and training credentials will be valued). • Previous experience with email marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and nurturing. • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance. • Knowledge of prospecting tools such as 6Sense or Apollo. • Experience with prospecting and lead scoring strategies. • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and automation. • Knowledge of AI to streamline processes and implement continuous improvements. • Excellent writing and content editing skills in English. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Proactivity and the ability to work independently and meet established deadlines. • High attention to detail and strategic thinking.
