Description

• Responsible for executing global email marketing programs • Setup, maintain, and execute email communications • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and SMEs for email execution • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities • Develop and execute error-free email campaigns • Create, test, and deliver email campaigns for trade shows • Send relevant, multi-segment emails for lead nurturing • Assist the Marketing Automation Email Team with campaign segmentation • Create UTM campaign tracking links for attribution data • Analyze and present email performance metrics • Implement A/B testing methodologies • Build custom email templates and troubleshoot technical issues • Manage multiple projects with competing timelines • Perform ongoing database maintenance • Research email best practices and propose campaign improvements • Travel up to 10% for events related to the role

Requirements

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism or related major (Preferred) • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered • Marketo Certified Associate, Marketo Certified Expert or similar certification (Preferred) • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email campaign building and list selection (Marketo preferred; Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, Exact Target accepted) • Fluent in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, and Japanese (Required) • Experience working in a high tech, fast-paced B2B environment (Preferred) • Experience with HTML and/or CSS • Experience with photo editing software (Photoshop preferred) • Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred) • Working knowledge of Apple platform a plus • Excellent time and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven analytical skills • Self-directed with the ability to take initiative and achieve results • Creative problem solving skills • Proven ability to think quickly and strategically resolve conflicts • Strong understanding of database concepts and segmentation
