• Join a unit of Cloud Engineers contributing to Jamf Security portfolio • Responsible for installation, monitoring, fine-tuning, and issue resolution for database technologies • Build and operate cloud infrastructure for database technologies • Perform primary duties of a Database Administrator • Mentor and lead team members • Contribute to growth and improvement of database technologies
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing large database clusters (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) • Minimum of 5 years experience managing NoSQL database instances (Preferred) • Minimum of 2 years Amazon RDS and EC2 knowledge • Minimum of 5 years Familiarity with Linux, Tomcat, and Apache • Minimum of 2 years experience with configuration tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, Puppet) • Minimum of 2 years experience with modern monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, New Relic, Datadog) • Minimum of 2 years experience with public providers: AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP • Strong Communication Skills • Excellent Interpersonal Skills • Excellent Organizational Skills • Proven Analytical Skills • Ability to communicate complex technical terms simply • Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated and team player • Ability to establish trust and rapport with all levels of customers and employees • Experience with Apple Platform (preferred) • Agile experience • Ability to adapt and solve challenges quickly and efficiently • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
