• Join Our Mission: Help the Helpers with Jane • Jane is a team that’s all about fostering growth, spreading delight, and serving our healthcare community. • At Jane, success means collaborating with your team, delivering aligned results, and embracing continuous improvement. • The Head of Event Marketing will design and execute an events strategy that strengthens Jane’s presence in the EMR and clinic management space. • You'll lead a dynamic team of four to create meaningful connections with customers. • This role involves overseeing Jane’s presence at industry events, customer events, and a future in-person conference. • You’ll help bring the Jane team community together by overseeing company-wide gatherings. • Please note that this role requires the ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. to attend and support conferences and events.
🎯 Requirements
• You bring 8–10 years of experience in event marketing—or a combination of event marketing and other relevant marketing or community experience—including 4+ years of team leadership. • You thrive on building strong cross-functional relationships and approach every project with a positive, “let’s-make-it-happen” attitude. • You have a proven track record of planning and executing large-scale events, including both brand-hosted experiences and presence at industry conferences and trade shows. • You’re comfortable using data and analytics to measure event performance, assess impact, and continuously refine strategies. • You’ve got hands-on experience with event management software, marketing tools, and analytics platforms. • You’re a clear and confident communicator—whether you’re presenting to senior leadership, aligning cross-functional teams, or engaging external partners. • You’re a resourceful and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
