🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in business systems, IT, or enterprise applications management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience managing enterprise applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of data architecture, system integrations (APIs, middleware), and process automation. • Experience working in a startup environment and experience building from scratch. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
