Requirements

• Experience in Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, Python, or Go welcomed. • At least 10 years delivering high quality, customer facing products. • Extensive experience building scalable platforms, ideally transitioning to modular monolith. • Strong understanding of modern technologies and design patterns. • Proven experience as Tech Lead for complex cross-team projects. • Experience mentoring Senior or Staff Developers. • Ability to cross-functionally collaborate and earn trust from all partners.
