Description
• Manage overall strategic and tactical organization of contractual and regulatory compliance requirements for PV. • Monitoring current policies and systems in place to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory laws. • Report to and liaise with the senior compliance manager and make decisions based on their guidance. • Curate and maintain control systems to identify and handle rule-breaking and violations. • Take timely actions to ensure compliance with European laws and internal company policies. • Make reports and documentation on potential compliance risks, acting as a compliance risk manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in law or similar. • Previous experience in the solar or PV component sector. • Proficiency in industry trends, laws, and regulations. • Minimum 5 year experience working in a similar position. • Excellent communication skills in English. • French or another European language will be a plus. • Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
