Description

• Effective processing of user requests in Zendesk (Chat, e-mail) • Monitor and respond to reviews in the App Store • Collaborate with the support team to create Knowledge Base materials • Participate in configuring support processes with the team

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position for at least 6 months • English language proficiency — Upper-Intermediate+ and above, excellent written English • Experience with ticket systems (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.) • Ability to handle up to 100 (50-60 on average) cases per day without losing focus and quality of communication • Experience with KPIs • Experience with Jira is a plus • Experience with mobile applications with subscription or transactional model is a plus
