Description
• Act as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and control installation projects • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are done accurately, on time, and within budget • Manage the selection, procurement, quality, and payment of project materials and subcontractors • Develop project schedules and ensure compliance with legal requirements • Adhere to all safety standards and internal policies allowable for federal contracting
Requirements
• Project management or service management experience in the Building Construction or Maintenance and Service (M&S) Industry • Service management experience with managing, coordinating and supervising the maintenance and service order process. • Experience managing project financials (P&L management experience). • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems. • Active Department of Defense clearance required. • Ability to live in South Korea or Japan on a full-time basis.
