Description

• Under general direction, acts as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and control installation, maintenance and service projects at assigned locations. • Ensures that assigned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance are done accurately, on time, billed, within budget, and within the scope of the contract. • Provides work direction to subcontractors, technicians, designers, and administration as necessary. • Manage the selection, scope of work, procurement, quality and payment of project materials, vendors and subcontractors. • Ensures work performed is in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics. • Helps prepare and approve cost estimates, contract terms & conditions, and technical responses to client requests for information, bids, and proposals.

Requirements

• Project management or service management experience in the Building Construction or Maintenance and Service (M&S) Industry. • Service management experience with managing, coordinating and supervising maintenances. • Experience managing project financials (P&L management experience). • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. • Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience. • Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems. • Proficiency with Microsoft Project preferred. • Strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office.
