• Acts as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and control installation, maintenance and service projects at assigned locations • Ensures that assigned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance are done accurately, on time, billed, within budget, and within the scope of the contract • Provides work direction to subcontractors, technicians, designers, and administration as necessary • Manages the selection, scope of work, procurement, quality and payment of project materials, vendors and subcontractors • Negotiates, prepares and issues subcontracts • Develops project schedules and executes according to plan • Ensures that assigned projects are done accurately, on time, billed within budget and within scope of the contract • Ensures work performed is in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements • Maintains project document controls and deliverables compliance with contract requirements
• Project management or service management experience in the Building Construction or Maintenance and Service (M&S) Industry • Service management experience with managing, coordinating and supervising the maintenance and service order process from the conceptual development stage through execution • Experience managing project financials (P&L management experience) • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Project preferred • Strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and basic Windows environment • Active Department of Defense clearance required • Ability to live in South Korea or Japan on a full-time basis
