Description
• We are looking for a creative and experienced Art Director Freelance who enjoys working in a fast paced environment driven by innovation and design. • You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept. • He will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position. • The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect and stimulate any audience translating marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns. • Responsibilities include determining how best to represent an idea visually, presenting completed ideas, producing sketches, managing and cooperating with the creative team, and reviewing designs.
Requirements
• Proven working experience as Art Director • Deep knowledge of mobile and web app design patterns and UX best practices • Knowledge of the entire product development process, from the idea generation, research, to detailed UI and interaction design • Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design are highly valued • Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UX/UI and prototyping tools such as Figma • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills • Relevant education or training • Knowledge of Agile framework and product management tools (Asana, Jira, ...) is highly valued • Strong design sensibility with ability to translate research findings into tangible solutions or design opportunities and ability to influence product or business strategy through research. • Clear growth mindset, looking for opportunities to learn and motivated to approach challenges proactively • Detailed oriented • Fluent in English • Italian nice to have
