• Handle HR inquiries and transactions in SAP SuccessFactors for employee and manager data changes • Support various Tier 1 HR functions, including new hires, terminations, data changes, leave management, payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and data reconciliations • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics • Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure a customer-focused approach • Maintain an appropriate control environment, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, HR policies, and audit controls
• 1-3 years of experience in HR administration and knowledge of statutory requirements • Experience with HR systems and ticket management systems (eg. SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now, …) • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with individuals from diverse backgrounds • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Multilingual capabilities (English as primary language, with French or German or Swedish, or Estonian as additional language on a very good level) • Schedule flexibility for various shifts (first/second shift availability)
