• Remote role that can be performed in any European country • Responsible for day-to-day management of HR employee support • Handle HR inquiries and process transactions in SAP SuccessFactors • Support HR functions and ensure compliance with company policies
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in HR administration and knowledge of statutory requirements • Experience with HR systems and ticket management systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now,…) • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • English as primary language, Swedish on a very good level (spoken and written) • Schedule flexibility for various shifts
