Description

• Reporting to the Senior Paid Search Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media Capability. • Manage the strategy and performance of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting their targets. • Activate campaigns with Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video) or Microsoft Ads. • Run daily account optimisation and growth. • Produce performance reports and communicate its findings to non-technical stakeholders. • Guide search innovation and testing initiatives. • Support in Quarterly Business Reviews with the client.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns. • At least one year of experience in an agency environment managing large budgets for a client. • You can maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel and process large amounts of data. • You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes. • You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances. • Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business. • Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies. • Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes. • Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
