Description
• Create intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences based on customer feedback and market research. • Work closely with the product team to ideate and accelerate roadmap items and improve overall product usability. • Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing to ensure design effectiveness. • Ensure all designs are scalable and aligned with Jericho’s business goals. • Analyze design performance using user feedback and data, iterating to improve engagement.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions. • Data-driven with the ability to measure design impact and iterate based on user behavior.
