• Company Overview: InVitro Capital is a forward-thinking company that empowers its own portfolio companies (PortCos) and SMBs through innovative AI and SaaS solutions. • Our mission is to help our PortCos unlock the potential of AI to reshape industries, drive productivity, and achieve market competitiveness, all within an inclusive and collaborative environment. • Job Overview: InVitro Capital is seeking a strategic and experienced Technical Lead to join our team, overseeing backend development, solution design, and system architecture. • Guide the team through complex challenges in AI-based solutions and SaaS development, leveraging expertise in Backend Technologies, AI, microservices, and cloud technologies. • If you are passionate about driving technological innovation and have a knack for managing talented teams, we want to hear from you. • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone. • Responsibilities: Lead and mentor technical squads, architect and develop robust backend systems using Python and frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI, oversee design and implementation of AI/ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in backend development and software engineering. • Extensive experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. • Advanced skills in Python and frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI. • Expertise in designing and architecting AI and microservices architectures. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. • Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. • Advanced knowledge of AI/ML tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn. • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. • Proficiency in using CI/CD tools, including Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. • Experience with infrastructure management technologies like Terraform. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation. • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and DevOps practices. • Previous experience in a leadership role within a startup or venture capital environment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders.
