Requirements

• CPA or EA certification preferred; willingness to pursue if not already obtained • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 1-3 years of experience (preferred, but not required to apply) • Proficiency in various software programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, Quickbooks, and tax-related software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client and team relationships. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Resilience and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. • Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines effectively. • Desire to grow and move into the Account Manager role required
