We launched over a decade ago with a simple mission: use tech to combine an unparalleled level of customer service with the fastest delivery in the blank apparel, direct-to-film transfer, and custom apparel industries. • We’re more than a T-Shirt company; we’re a support system for the creator economy, home hobbyist, the small business owner, and more. • We’re looking for an eCommerce Site Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of ecommerce, technology, and customer experience. • You’ll take ownership of our website’s content, layout, performance, and product presentation—ensuring it not only looks great but performs brilliantly. • You’ll be working alongside a team of designers, developers, and marketers who are passionate about delivering a seamless online experience. • We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and creativity in everything we do.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in website merchandising, ecommerce, or digital content management. • Strong understanding of online shopping behaviors, UX/UI principles, and conversion optimization. • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify, and website performance tools. • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and SEO best practices. • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, creative, and tech teams. • Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. • Excellent communication and time management skills. • Experience in fast-paced ecommerce or retail environments preferred.
