📋 Description
• Review, approve and deny all time and expense reports. • Responsible for updating expense guides and assist in creating training materials. • Independently respond to basic client and general inquiries while escalating complex queries. • Provide expense reports and participate in audits. • Assist with processing vendor invoices and analyzing contractor expenses. • Collaborate with client accounting department in Chicago and Finance teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be bilingual in French and English. • 2+ years of related experience. • Exceptional data entry and analytical skills. • Demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/Microsoft Outlook a must. • Experience in E1/JDE platform (PeopleSoft, Oracle), and/or Tableau are key assets. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and quality of work. • Must be able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment; must operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must have a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate professionalism at all times. • Must be able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others. • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision.
