Description

• Responsible for managing and leading a team of sourcing professionals in the Enterprise Division • Focused on Professional Services & Retail clients • Work directly with Sourcing & Procurement teams and leaders • Drive results through program implementation and monitoring success • Ensure accounts meet KPIs and Goals set forth by Sourcing & Procurement and Client • Oversee assigned portfolio compliance and controls, develop new sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for improvement • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive benefits to Clients • Manage internal and external expectations by understanding their business needs and priorities • Maintain and follow contracting and procurement standards, policies and procedures • Partner with internal operations teams to drive benefits to the Client

Requirements

• 8+ years strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired • People management experience • Bachelor’s Degree – Business, Supply Chain Management preferred • MBA, a plus • CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred • Proven track record of leading teams, with an ability to influence across the organization and deliver results in evolving environments • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop strategic roadmaps and translate into executable plans and supply solutions • Superior customer service, relationship building and follow up skills • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint • E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer. • Motivated to grow and perform in a high-performance organization • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines. • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills • Strong analytical and organization ability
