Description

• Lead a team of sourcing professionals focused on Data Center clients. • Drive results through program implementation and monitoring success. • Ensure accounts meet KPIs and goals set by Sourcing & Procurement and Client. • Oversee assigned portfolio compliance and controls, develop sourcing strategies, and identify improvement opportunities. • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive benefits to Clients. • Manage risks impacting on-time data center delivery and implement mechanisms to mitigate them. • Ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout managed accounts. • Lead long-term supply agreements to mitigate risks and drive cost savings.

Requirements

• 8+ years strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired • People management experience • Bachelor’s Degree – Business, Supply Chain Management preferred • MBA, a plus • CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred • Proven track record of leading teams, with an ability to influence across the organization and deliver results in evolving environments • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop strategic roadmaps and translate into executable plans and supply solutions • Superior customer service, relationship building and follow up skills • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint • E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer • Motivated to grow and perform in a high-performance organization • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills • Strong analytical and organization ability
