Description
• JMAC Lending is seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. • In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within our systems while providing essential support to various departments. • This position is crucial to maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring efficient operations. • Responsibilities include data input, verification, record maintenance, report generation, and confidentiality.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required • 1-2 years of data entry experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment • Familiarity with data management software is a plus • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security
