🎯 Requirements
• Active DE/CHUMS and LAPP/SAR certifications are a must! • Deep understanding of conventional loan guidelines is essential. • A Bachelor’s Degree or a comparable blend of education and experience • 5 years of current experience in Mortgage Underwriting, showcasing a solid understanding of agency guidelines • Familiarity with DU and Total Scorecard is necessary. • A strong working knowledge of ATR/QM requirements is crucial. • Excellent computer skills are expected; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. • Understanding of compliance and disclosure requirements is essential.
